Agreement to these terms
These terms apply to sacramento-roofing.com and our landing pages, operated by Sacramento Roofing Inc, CA Contractors State License Board license #1056906, 2775 Cottage Way #36, Sacramento, CA 95825. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Services
We provide residential and commercial roof repair, roof replacement, roof inspection, emergency tarping, and gutter services in the greater Sacramento area. Website content is general information, not a binding offer. Every project is governed by the written home improvement contract you sign, which controls if anything here conflicts with it.
Estimates and pricing
Inspections and written estimates are free and carry no obligation. Prices, promotions, and payment examples shown on this site are illustrations only. Your final price depends on the roof measurement, materials, access, code requirements, and conditions found once work begins. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, and any change to scope requires a written change order.
Financing and promotions
Financing, including $0 down and 0% interest offers, is provided by independent third-party lenders. Approval, rates, terms, and monthly payment amounts are set by the lender and depend on credit approval and the amount financed. Advertised monthly payments are examples, not guaranteed terms. Discounts such as the 5% senior, veteran, and first-responder discount require valid proof of eligibility, apply to labor on new contracts, and cannot be combined with other offers unless we agree in writing.
Warranties
We provide a 25-year workmanship warranty on qualifying roof replacements. Repairs carry the workmanship warranty stated in your contract. Material warranties are issued by the manufacturer, not by us, and manufacturer-backed warranties such as GAF coverage are subject to that manufacturer’s registration requirements and terms. Warranty coverage, exclusions, transferability, and claim steps are set out in your contract and on our warranties page. Warranties exclude damage from storms, impact, foot traffic, other trades, neglect, alterations by others, and structural movement.
Your right to cancel
California law gives you the right to cancel a home improvement contract within three business days after signing, and within seven business days if you are 65 or older. Cancellation instructions and the notice of cancellation form are included with your contract.
Calls, texts, and email
When you submit a form or verify your phone number, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text, and email about your request, including through automated systems. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply and frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Nothing here limits our obligations under your signed contract or any rights you have under California law that cannot be waived. To the fullest extent the law allows, Sacramento Roofing Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website.
