Who we are

Sacramento Roofing Inc (“we,” “us”) is a licensed California roofing contractor, CA License #1056906, located at 2775 Cottage Way #36, Sacramento, CA 95825. This policy explains what we do with personal information collected through sacramento-roofing.com, our landing pages, our forms, and our phone and text conversations.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: full name, phone number, email address, property address, the roofing problem you describe, photos you send, financing interest, and whether you qualify for a senior, veteran, or first-responder discount.
• Verification data: when you confirm your phone number, we process a one-time code sent by SMS through our messaging provider.
• Automatically collected: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring website, and advertising identifiers such as Google click IDs (gclid) and Meta click IDs.
• Interaction recordings: Microsoft Clarity records anonymized mouse movement, scrolling, and clicks. It masks text you type into forms.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16, and we do not ask for Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or government IDs on this site. Financing applications are handled by our lending partners on their own systems under their own privacy policies.

Why we use it

• Responding to estimate requests, scheduling inspections, and performing work.
• Sending appointment, quote, and project updates by phone, text, and email.
• Warranty administration and customer support.
• Measuring which ads and pages produce estimate requests.
• Preventing fraud and abuse, and meeting legal and licensing obligations.

Calls and text messages

When you submit a form or verify your phone number, you agree that we may call and text you about your request, including through automated systems. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you can stop at any time by replying STOP or asking us directly. Reply HELP for help. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, and only for that purpose:

• Our customer relationship system and email provider, to manage and follow up on your request.
• Our SMS provider, to send verification codes and project updates.
• Google (Analytics, Ads, Maps) and Meta, for advertising measurement.
• Microsoft Clarity, for site usability analysis.
• Subcontractors, suppliers, and financing partners when needed to complete your project.
• Law enforcement or regulators when legally required.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technology for site functionality, analytics, and advertising. Our Cookie Policy lists each one and how long it lasts, and we honor Global Privacy Control browser signals.

Your California privacy rights

If you live in California, the CCPA as amended by the CPRA gives you the right to know what we collect and why, to get a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, to opt out of sale or sharing, and to limit use of sensitive information. You may not be discriminated against for exercising these rights, and an authorized agent may submit a request for you.

To make a request, call (916) 579-2575 or email sacramentoroofinginc@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” We verify your identity using information already in our records and respond within 45 days, with one 45-day extension when needed.

Residents of other states with similar laws may use the same contact details to exercise comparable rights.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests for up to 3 years after our last contact with you. Completed project records, contracts, and warranty documentation are kept for the length of the warranty plus the period California law requires for contractor records. Analytics data expires on the schedule in our Cookie Policy.

Data security

Information is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access-controlled providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
